It turns out that the video from the officers dash cam that was sent to me is nothing more than a video file. After sending it to forensics they couldn’t analyze it because it had been stripped of all the meta data. so now it’’s been court ordered that I get the real digital files to be analyzed. And I know for a fact the one sent to me previous had been edited . Ican’t wait to see what shady b.s. they pull next. I was originally charged with a 2529.11 C3g a felony of the fifth degree. when in fact it’s a felony of the second degree. my guess is that they did that to squirm around the fifth amendment and that way they could hold me as long as they wanted without indicting me and taking it in front of the grand jury. when I went to bond out on a bond of $5,000 the judge came in and raised it to $50,000 while my bondsman was there to pay it they told him it was already raised but it wasn’t filed until an hour after he had already left. crooked to the core.

I am Kelly Harding I bonded out on 2/10/16. Craig Voigt is also out. I have alot of information that just might free up some more people in that area. They are corrupt all the way through . They raised my bond from $5,000 to $50’000 while my bondsman was standing there trying to bond me out my email is kharding321@ gmail .com. Im still going to court but it should be dismissed the state patrol or the D.E.A. edited the dash cam video they provided me. They they put a virus on the still photos cd that alolows them to see my key strokes on my pc and possiblly sit there and watch me on my web can the virus hides and attaches itself to other files on your pc. theres alot more to it then just that but im sure im not theonly one they do it tothey pull someone with out of state plates on I-70 at mile post 72-80 twice a month then one of the Officers squirts something on your car for the dog to hit on to create probable cause to search. you can see this in the dashcam video they sent me themselves. I’m suppost to have a hearing again in London Ohio on October 27 2016 if it isnt thrown out by then. you are all invited to come see the corruption.
