Gallia County Man Agrees to Plea in Major Marijuana Bust
GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) – The Gallia County man arrested after investigators say they found 79 pounds of marijuana at his home has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.
Hi my name is Tammy Butcher and my husband is in North Central Correctional Institute, but it's not Federal, it's state. He has been locked up for weed 3 times. I don't know if you put state prisoners or just federal prisoners on your list. He has been in both for weed. Thanks for your time.
On Friday, Dennis Butcher, 61, pleaded not guilty to charges of trafficking and possession of drugs, along with having weapons under disability during a hearing in Gallia County Common Pleas Court. He was indicted last month, along with his wife, Tammy Butcher, 52. Tammy was charged with trafficking and possession of drugs in the indictment.
