US vs Dellas
United States Attorney Kevin V. Ryan announced that Timothy Dellas was sentenced to ten years in prison and five years supervised release for manufacturing marijuana and possessing marijuana with the intent to distribute. This sentence is a result of a direct violation against American Citizens of how the Gov’t has declared WAR against people who believe in Cannabis- this is a joint task force of Sate and Federal law enforcement– investigation by the United States Drug Enforcement Administration, the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Tim Dellas, 51, of Manilla, California, was convicted on May 4, 2006 for the manufacture of marijuana and possession of marijuana- more than 1,000 marijuana plants.
Big surprise that officers found grow equipment which patients have when they grow their own medicine- In executing the search warrant, officers found marijuana plants, a scale, and packaging materials. These buildings contained marijuana plants and elaborate grow rooms with lighting and ventilation equipment to cultivate the plants. In total, over 5,000 marijuana plants were found.
Mr. Dellas is to report to authorities to begin his sentence on March 12, 2007.
