Calvin is coming home. Calvin was granted a compassionate release.
My sister told me this morning that she received a call from the Northern District Probation Office regarding a pending compassionate release. Her and her husband of 54 years was interviewed in person at their home wihin the hour by two Santa Rosa Federal Probation Officers. They told my sister and brother-in- law that approved paper work will be submitted from their office this week. Release could be within one week or 6-months. Hallelu-Yah! Yahvah is Good! 28-years, 5-months, and 17-days and counting, as a political federal prisoner as a contract carrier, based solely upon the government prosecutor's creative misapplication, of the marijuana laws, under color of a Life Sentence, a death sentence, without an Act of Congress.
May 1988, Special Agent Norman Wood, US Customs Service, after almost a year long undercover investigation, seized the ocean going tug boat Intrepid Venture towing a drug filled barge under the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, CA. Calvin Robinson, a career criminal with international organized crime connections, was trying to smuggle 56 tons of hashish and marijuana into the United States. The hashish came from southern Russia. It was the largest drug seizure ever made within the United States. Street value was over 1 billion dollars. Broken down into dosage units, there was enough drugs to be given to every man, woman and child in the U.S. The year before, Robinson successfully smuggled 30 tons of Hashish into the San Francisco Bay. Calvin Robinson choose to represent himself in Federal Court. He questioned Special Agent Wood on the stand. Robinson was found guilty and sentenced to life without the possibility of parole. Special Agent Wood left the government in 1992. He is now a doctor and inventor.

Calvin has done enough time for the crime.
He is probably the most non-violent person in the whole prison system.
Calvin needs to be home with his family for the upcoming holidays.
I hope we can get some support for Calvin,and get him out of this nightmare.

Received the POW420 card from Dennis Boisvert postmarked 12/26/2015, first class Non Domestic mail. Since I do not have
Dennis’ e-mail address, I will send him a copy of this e-mail. Also recieved the card from Adela and LL MJ Toronto. So, I see that this is an international effort. Thank you all!!! It appears to me that POW420 is a net-work of like minded people that believe “No one belongs in jail for a plant,” or “Free the plant – Free the people”. I am in total agreement with that goal.
As a servant of Yahvahshua the Mashi’ach, I know that the truth will set us free. Yahvah’s Word at Genesis 1:11-12 teaches us:
11. Then Elohim [Mighty One of Oaths] said, “Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth”; and it was so.
12. And the earth brought forth grass, the herb that yields seed according to its kind, and the tree that yields fruit, whose seed is in itself according to its kind. And Elohim saw that it was good.
Yahvah’s Word continues at Genesis 1:29-30, to teach us:
29. And Elohim said, "See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food.
30. “Also, to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air and to everything that creeps upon the earth, in which there is life, I have given every green herb for food”; and it was so.
Yahvah’s Word continues at Genesis 2:4-5, to teach us:
4. This is the history of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the day that Yahvah Elohim made the earth and the heavens,
5. before any plant of the field was in the earth had grown. For Yahvah Elohim had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was nay man to till the ground.
Yahvah’s Word at Psalm 104:14-15, teaches us:
14. He [Yahvah] causes the grass to grow for the cattle, and vegetation for the service of man, that he may bring forth food from the earth,
15. and wine that makes glad the heart of man, oil to make his face shine, and bread which strengthens man’s heart.
In Yahvah’s Word times, people who comprised a living part of the inspired Scriptures used herbs for healing when they became ill. Almighty Yahvah has taught us that the leaves of the tree (or herbs) will serve as our medicine. Yehezke’l which means “El [Mighty One] strengthens” or “strengthened by El,” aka Ezekiel, at chapter 47, verse 12, teaches us, “Along the bank of the river, upon this side and that, will grow all kinds of trees used for food; their leaves will not wither, and their fruit will not fall. They will bear fruit every month, because their water flows from the tabernacle. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for medicine.”
Hebrews 6:7 teaches us: “For the earth which drinks in the rain that often comes upon it, and bears herbs useful for those by whom it is cultivated, receives blessing from Yahvah”.
Revelation 22:1-4 teaches us:
1. And he showed me a river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of Yahvah and the Lamb.
2. In the middle of its street, and upon either side of the river was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
3. And there shall be nay more curse, but the throne of Yahvah and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.
4. They shall see His face, and His Name shall be upon their foreheads.
The Cannabis plant is a tree and herb that The Spirit Being Yahvah created for all mankind, animals, birds, and creeping things, upon the earth, to use.
The Cannabis plant is not a thing that government can patent, tax, or outlaw, without the exclusive legislative jurisdiction, of the United States, which is the District of Columbia, in Puerto Rico, in a territory, or in an insular possession.
The Constitution of the United States of America, Ninth Amendment (1791), guarantees that, “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny, or disparage others retained by the people.”
The Constitution, Tenth Amendment (1791), guarantees that, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
At the time that the Constitution went into effect, in the united states of America, We the People retained the
UN-A-LIEN-ABLE right, to possess the Cannabis plant, use the Cannabis plant, and sell the Cannabis plant, including but not limited, to paying State and federal taxes with the Cannabis plant.
The Constitution has not changed in that regard!!!
The Congress has not changed the law in that regard. What has changed is politicians have unlawfully and unconstitutionally used government agencies, with the help of corrupt politically appointed judges, to steal the unalienable right of We the People, for the purpose of legal plunder, and to deny and deprive We the People of our un-a-lien-able right, to Life, Liberty, and property, without due process of law and without just compensation, to make us slaves, of the state and United States, in violation of the Constitution, Fifth Amendment (1791) and Thirteenth Amendment (1865).
The nature of politics is to obtain power and hold power. The politician’s war upon the Cannabis plant and We the People, has been the prime mover, of all the outrageous abuses of power, that We the People have experienced since 1913, when the Cannabis plant was first outlawed.
What can POW420 do, to take back We the Peoples’ unalienable right, to the Cannabis plant?
One thing the National Organization for Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) has tried, to do, is get MARIHUANA removed from a schedule I drug. An agency policy change should be retroactive. To do that United States v. Cresswell, 515 F. Supp. 1268 (1981) holds that, within the meaning of 5 U.S.C. Section 702, a person adversely affected or aggrieved by agency action, has standing to seek review of the actions of the Administrator of the DEA.
I am an aggrieved person, a flesh-and-blood man. NORML has the experience, to petition, to have Marihuana removed from a schedule I drug. This is one step, for We the People that can be taken by POW420 to free the Cannabis plant and free the people.
01/07/2016, the Case Manager informed me that I was denied clemency. Why? 74-years of age. Wheelchair bound since 09/01/1998, due to deliberate indifference to my medical needs. Non-violent. Actually factually innocent. 27-years, 7-months and 20-days in prison, for the Cannabis plant war crime upon We the People!!!
