11th DAY OF RADIATION CANCER TREATMENT

10/19/2017. Cancelled for lack of BOP wheelchair van to take me to my radiation cancer treatment.

Received my BP-8 back for administrative remedy and BP-9 for next stage re violation of Americans with Disabilities Act by moving me from the wheelchair handicap cell at 5B 132 to the non-wheelchair cell at 5B 101. Received Brad Schluter's copy of a letter to Warden Shinn, dated 10/14/2017 re this matter. Talked to Cait Boyce and she filed an Administrative Remedy re this matter. This is what it takes to change BOP Staff's mind about breaking the law that they have sworn an oath to uphold, but in this taxpayer supported nut house and death house the law is whatever the staff wants it to be at any given moment. Thank you Brad and Cait for your efforts upon my half. It can make a difference not only for me, also others suffering the same repeat circumstances. The more people they hear from the greater the spotlight shines the more staff is going to do their duty and not break the law. That is the real law and order when all people obey the law. There has never been a law allowing a life sentence for the private use of the marijuana plant. That is a misinterpretation of the public commerce laws that has destroyed so many lives and the life, liberty, and property of so many Americans in an illegal marijuana drug war.

7th DAY OF CANCER RADIATION TREATMENT

10/13/2017, PET Scan was taken today to see if the cancer has spread. Both head and full body. Cost the taxpayers $5,000+. Then I had the 7th day of radiation treatment. Have no side effects except the redness of skin that looks like sun burn with dryness of skin and slight headaches at right temple whenever I strain that Yahvah has been wiping out with prayer within minutes. So all goes well. Still in the non-handicap cell with a WHEELCHAIR and not 60 inches of turning space as I believe the Americans with Disabilities Act requires. This is deliberate indifference to my medical care needs. It is also a fraud upon the American Taxpayer because the Federal Bureau of Prisons is taking taxpayer funds for a care level 3 institution but not giving care level 3 care, which is a federal felony and I am only one prisoner that is being denied care level 3 medical care while the Federal Bureau of Prisons day by day destroys our body at a base rate of $31,000+ per year. It is also a violation of the Constitution of the United States of America, Fifth Amendment, due process of law Clause and Eighth Amendment excessive punishment and cruel and unusual punishment Clause, though it is usual for the Federal Bureau of Prisons to do this very inhuman thing with immunity because the courts allow it.
