I’m going on for sentencing on Dec 30th in anoka county courthouse in MN. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated. My lawyer advised me that I’m looking at 81+ months for losing at trial. Thank you for reading!

James Kasanos ~ Sadly, President Nixon declared the War on Drugs ~ and all wars have prisoners. Our pot prisoners are prisoners in the Drug War unjust incarcerated for a plant. Thus, POW420 ~ Prisoners of Weed, Prisoners of War ~ 420.

Wrong James. Many of those locked up for POT have never harmed a soul. They were just victms in the war against drugs, which is doing even less good than the war against alcohol years ago.

Take this symbol down, its so inappropriate and tasteless, one has nothing to do with the other. How dare someone compare prisoners of war and missing in action with some potheads that wanted to get rich quick by selling drugs, honestly whoever designed this should be ashamed of themselves!

    So true:
Unless I get drunk and cause a public nuisance, I am at liberty to have a couple of alcoholic drinks, so why should the same right not be extended to those who wish to use other forms of drug.

Absolutely! It was a “black PR” stunt done by 7 Criminal industry leaders who wanted to eliminate the unowned Hemp industry that was their major competition. Marijuana has never harmed anyone and it’s a powerful, much needed Medicine which cures cancer & depression among a wide assortment of other ailments. Legalize, don’t criminalize.
