DEA Assists Port St. Lucie Police Raid a Clandestine “Shatter” Marijuana Processing House

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. —Port St. Lucie Police Special Investigation Division along with the Drug Enforcement Administration have busted a marijuana 'shatter' processing operation in a home at 2024 SW Savage Blvd. in Port St. Lucie. 

Detectives arrested 23-year-old David Enrique Tisheh Wedneday, and disassembled the processing operation-- seizing jars of marijuana and shatter, a report from police said.

This is the second time Tisheh has been arrested by Port St. Lucie police for alleged shatter production.

Detectives were required to wear protective gear due to the highly combustible components that are used to make shatter, the report added.

'Shatter' is a high potency form of cannabis-- a marijuana oil that is extracted with butane that can easily combust. Also known as hash oil.

Tisheh was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, manufacturing, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the report.
