18TH DAY OF RADIATION CANCER TREATMENT 11/02/2017

My head looks red as a tomato. The good news is I have not suffered any side effects except for the redness of skin, dryness of skin and blistering of skin at the right temple where the skin graft is that covers the largest area of that cancer surgery. The only other side effect I have encountered is a disassociation of my upper body from my legs and feet as I receive the radiation treatment while laying upon my left side for the right temple area radiation cancer treatment and right side for my left radiation cancer treatment adjacent to my left eye and left cheek area. The feeling is like my feet and legs float and about to fall off the table I am laying upon. I do not get that disassociation sensation when laying upon my back for the radiation cancer treatment in the forehead over my nose.

The bad news is that Franklin Rutledge, MD, one of the good BOP doctors, that tries tlo help us, pulled up the PET Scan taken 10/13/2017, for the first time, and the cancer not treated timely, has spread outside the area of treatment into the right lymph' node'. He has referred me to see a Ear Nose Throat [ENT] doctor to see what if anything can be done.

Doctor Rutledge also referred me to see a Kidney doctor as to the mass above my right kidney and whether it is cancer and what can be done if it is.

I asked Doctor Rutledge if he could get me started upon Bicarbonate-soda theraphy to dissolve the cancer cells. This is the remedy that Doctor Leonard Colwell advocates for Natural Cancer Remedies. Doctor Rutledge told me, he can only prescribe what the BOP authorizes.

I also need Doctor Johanna Budwig's remedy for cancer. 3-teaspoons of high quality cold pressed Flax Seed Oil added to 3/4ths cup of cottage cheese or yogurt daily, all the fresh fruit and raw vegetables I can eat each day, sunshine, and all the exercise I can easily do each day. The omega 3s in the Flax Seed Oil mix with the proteins in the cottage cheese in the body to create a solvent that dissolves cancer cells and tumors like the mass at my right kidney.

BUT MOST IMPORTANT I NEED MY MINISTER and Brother in Yahvahshua The Mashi'ach, in Who's stripes I am healed [see, Isaiah 53:5 and 1 Peter 2:24] Brad Schluter to be able to immerce [baptize] me in the Name of The Father Yahvah, The Son Yahvahshua and Ruach Ha Qodesh [Yahvah's Spirit]. See, Matthew 28:19. Then I need Brother Brad to be able to pray over me and anoint me with olive oil in the Name of Yahvah, in the precious Name of Yahvahshua The Mashi'ach, by Who's stripes we are healed. See, James 5:14-16, Matthew 18:20, and John 14:14, our Righteous Man and High Priest.

Doctor Rutledge told me that he had put me in for a transfer to a medical center, but it was denied. He then called someone to ask why it was denied. Doctor Rutledge said the transfer was denied because the Compassionate Release/Reduction of Sentence is pending and if denied the request for my transfer to a medical center will have to be resubmitted.

I am still in cell 101 Unit 5B, which is not a handicap cell for a wheelchair. This cell only has 48 to 50 inches of turning space between the bunkbed and steel lockers. Not the 60 inches of turning space required by the ADA, which I did have in cell 132 unit 5B, before being moved illegally to cell 101 unit 5B. I am also double bunked with a real good guy, but double bunking is a punishment upon top of punishment for FRP Refusal [Financial Responsibility Payment Refusal]. I am legally excempt from FRP Refusal, yet punished nevertheless and so is my cellee, who is beyond his legal release date by BOP misapplication of his sentence. With his chair at the end of the bunkbed, the only room for it, my wheelchair has to scrape his chair to get in and out of the cell door and scrape the steel bunkbed or steel lockers to move in or about the cell, keeping my arms and hands bruised and hurt all the time. This not only violates the Americans with Disabilities Act 42 U.S.C. Sections 12131 et seq., it violates the Rehabilitation Act 29 U.S.C. Sections 701 et seq. and NEPA [National Environmental Policy Act] which requires an Environmental Impact Statement, which the BOP is not excempt.

11th DAY OF RADIATION CANCER TREATMENT

10/19/2017. Cancelled for lack of BOP wheelchair van to take me to my radiation cancer treatment.

Received my BP-8 back for administrative remedy and BP-9 for next stage re violation of Americans with Disabilities Act by moving me from the wheelchair handicap cell at 5B 132 to the non-wheelchair cell at 5B 101. Received Brad Schluter's copy of a letter to Warden Shinn, dated 10/14/2017 re this matter. Talked to Cait Boyce and she filed an Administrative Remedy re this matter. This is what it takes to change BOP Staff's mind about breaking the law that they have sworn an oath to uphold, but in this taxpayer supported nut house and death house the law is whatever the staff wants it to be at any given moment. Thank you Brad and Cait for your efforts upon my half. It can make a difference not only for me, also others suffering the same repeat circumstances. The more people they hear from the greater the spotlight shines the more staff is going to do their duty and not break the law. That is the real law and order when all people obey the law. There has never been a law allowing a life sentence for the private use of the marijuana plant. That is a misinterpretation of the public commerce laws that has destroyed so many lives and the life, liberty, and property of so many Americans in an illegal marijuana drug war.

7th DAY OF CANCER RADIATION TREATMENT

10/13/2017, PET Scan was taken today to see if the cancer has spread. Both head and full body. Cost the taxpayers $5,000+. Then I had the 7th day of radiation treatment. Have no side effects except the redness of skin that looks like sun burn with dryness of skin and slight headaches at right temple whenever I strain that Yahvah has been wiping out with prayer within minutes. So all goes well. Still in the non-handicap cell with a WHEELCHAIR and not 60 inches of turning space as I believe the Americans with Disabilities Act requires. This is deliberate indifference to my medical care needs. It is also a fraud upon the American Taxpayer because the Federal Bureau of Prisons is taking taxpayer funds for a care level 3 institution but not giving care level 3 care, which is a federal felony and I am only one prisoner that is being denied care level 3 medical care while the Federal Bureau of Prisons day by day destroys our body at a base rate of $31,000+ per year. It is also a violation of the Constitution of the United States of America, Fifth Amendment, due process of law Clause and Eighth Amendment excessive punishment and cruel and unusual punishment Clause, though it is usual for the Federal Bureau of Prisons to do this very inhuman thing with immunity because the courts allow it.

This is Bryan Schweder .I wrote you when I was In Florence USP. I owned a dispensary and hospice  in Sherman oaks.we also grew for my dispensary in Trinity Co where I live. I've done 6 plus years on a 13 year 6 month sentence. I have been appealing on the 542 issue. I'm asking for an evidentary hearing as I was in full compliance with CA state law .I have been granted oral argument Dec. 4 in San Francisco 9th circuit. Any court support in the community would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for doing what you do.If I win this ,this should help a lot of people in my shoes.

2nd Day of Cancer Treatment

Officer Flores tried to take away my prosthetic shoes that hold my feet together. When I told him my need for them to protect my feet from bone loss he insisted I had to give them up and wear non protective shoes to be transported to my cancer radiation treatment. When I refused he labeled this refusal of medical treatment and told me I could not tell him what to do, which I never tried to do. So I did not get my 2nd day of radiation treatment. This is my third time this same officer has caused me trouble without cause. He then tried to have me sign a medical treatment refusal which I refused to sign. 10/04/2917.

5th DAY OF CANCER RADIATION TREATMENT

All went well for the 5th day of cancer treatment. I feel good. The only side effect is a slight headache at my right temple whenever I strain myself. When that happens I pray to Yahvah The Spirit Being that created all that is, in the precious Name of Yahvahshua The Mashi'ach, by Who's stripes we are healed, in full service to Yahvah-Rapha, our Physician and Healer and within minutes the headache goes away without medication. Hallelu-Yah! Praise ye Yah!

But upon return from the 5th cancer radiation treatment, I was told to move from the wheelchair handicap cell Unit 5B Cell 132 which is 60 inches of turning space, to a none wheelchair handicap cell Unit 5B cell 101 that is 48 inches of turning space. It is my understanding that the Americans with Disability Act requires 60 inches of turning space for a wheelchair handicap cell. I told this to Counselor Zepeda and he told me that the suits told him that everyone had to move one cell to another. I asked Counselor Zepeda to call the suits and ask them if they realize that moving me to a cell that does not have 60 inches of turning space for my wheelchair, which I have been confined to since 09/01/1998, is a violation of the Americans With Disability Act. Counselor Zepeda refused to call anyone in power and gave me a BP-8 Administrative Remedy to fill out, which I did and gave it to him to process. Then was force to move from Cell 132 to Cell 101 and two men that have no wheelchair that had asked to move to cell 101 were moved into cell 132.

I need whatever feedback anyone has re this matter. I have finished all of my administrative remedies re deliberate indifference to my medical needs but as quick as one is resolved the BOP Staff creates a new one and this is wearing my body out.

3rd day cancer radiation treatment

The Health Services was closed Wednesday for SHU [Special Housing Unit] prisoners. I was told by a Lt. that Officer Flores was told by someone at BOP Health Services that I did not need my prosthetic shoes ordered by BOP Health Services for transport to receive cancer radiation treatment. So first thing this morning I went to BOP Health Services and asked to speak to the Staff responsible for telling Officer Flores that misinformation. I was told that no one told him that and they had no call from Officer Flores and my medical status clearly authorize my need to use my prosthetic boots to and from my cancer radiation treatments. Then I was taken for my cancer radiation treatment and hopefully this issue is resolved.

Thank all of you for your instant response. I still fell good and drinking plenty of water.

Stable Isotope Ratios of Marijuana. I. Carbon and Nitrogen Stable Isotopes Describe Growth Conditions*

ABSTRACT: There remains significant uncertainty in illicit marijuana cultivation. We analyzed the d13C and d15N of 508 domestic samples from known U.S.A. counties, 31 seized from a single location, 5 samples grown in Mexico and Colombia, and 10 northwest border seizures. For a subset, inflorescences and leaves were analyzed separately. These data revealed a strong correspondence, with inflorescences having slightly higher d13C and d15N values than leaves. A framework for interpreting these results is introduced and evaluated. Samples identified as outdoor-grown by d13C were generally recorded as such by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). DEA-classified indoor-grown samples had the most negative d13C values, consistent with indoor cultivation, although many were also in the outdoor-grown domain. d15N indicated a wide range of fertilizers across the dataset. Samples seized at the single location suggested multiple
